1. General rule. Except for the statutory rights in section 5 and the goodwill window in section 2, all sales are final. Returns are accepted only at our discretion and only with a pre-issued RMA. Items returned without an RMA may be refused, returned at your cost, or held without refund.

2. Voluntary 30-day return (goodwill). Within 30 days of delivery you may request a return if the item is unused, undamaged, complete and in original, unmarked packaging with all accessories. You must: request an RMA before returning; return within 14 days of RMA issuance; and pay return shipping (unless the item is faulty). We may deduct a restocking fee of up to 15% and/or diminished-value charges for used items, missing parts or damaged packaging, to the extent permitted by law. Refunds go to the original payment method after inspection.

3. Non-returnable. Items without an RMA; used/soiled/damaged units; items past the window; items missing accessories/packaging; final-sale/clearance items; gift cards; and sealed hygiene-sensitive items once unsealed — to the extent permitted by law.

4. Our right to refuse / reduce refunds. To the maximum extent permitted by law we may refuse a refund, give a partial refund, store credit or replacement instead of a refund, or charge restocking/diminished-value fees where conditions are unmet or we detect abuse, serial returns or wardrobing.

5. Mandatory statutory rights (these override the above).
 EU/EEA consumers — 14-day right of withdrawal. You may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods without reason. We refund the price and standard outbound delivery within 14 days and may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return. You bear the direct return-shipping cost and are liable for diminished value from handling beyond what is needed to establish the product's nature and functioning. Sealed hygiene goods, once unsealed, are exempt.
 Legal guarantee of conformity. EU consumers have the legal conformity guarantee (min. 2 years) independent of our commercial warranty; Swiss consumers have statutory warranty rights under the Swiss Code of Obligations.

6. Start a return. Email support@getpolair.com with your order number and reason. Do not ship before receiving an RMA.
